Questions about the call

What happens on the call?

A specialist meets you on Zoom for 20 minutes. You talk about your child's goals and current level, ask anything you like, and finish with a plan. If we can help and it feels right to you, a place can be offered.

Who should join the call?

You, as the parent or carer, and your child too if you would like them there. It is your choice. Many families find it useful for the older ones to hear the plan for themselves.

Can we change the time if something comes up?

Just tell us if you need to change the time and we will sort it out with you. You will find our phone number and email further down this page.

Is there any cost?

No. The admission call is not charged. It is a 20-minute Zoom conversation about your child, and there is no payment on this page.
