Questions students and parents ask
Which exam board do you teach?
We work to your own exam board. Tell us which one your school or college uses and we will confirm it on the call, so the lessons match your specification.
How much does A-Level tuition cost?
A-Level tuition is £60 per hour. Each hour is a live one-to-one lesson online with an examiner, and £60 is the lower end of what an examiner charges. Booking the Zoom call to plan it costs nothing, and there is no payment on this page.
Can I start part way through Year 12 or Year 13?
Yes. Admissions are rolling for both years, so you do not have to wait for September. On the call we will look at where you are in the course and plan from there.
How does one-to-one work online?
You have live online lessons with your own mentor guiding your progress. You only need a laptop and a quiet place to work.
Can you help with my university plans?
Yes. We support students aiming for competitive universities, including Oxford and Cambridge, and the programme includes UCAS guidance and help with the personal statement. We cannot promise an offer, because that is the university's decision.
What happens on the call?
It is a Zoom conversation with an A-Level specialist. We ask about your subjects, your year and your goals, then explain how the programme would work for you. You can ask anything, and there is no payment on the page.
Who will teach me?
You are taught one to one by an examiner, live online. The lessons are for you alone, so the time goes on what you need. On the call we will talk through your subjects and your year.
